With over two decades of experience in the banking sector, including senior leadership roles such as Head of Credit, Rizvi Mohideen has worked closely with professionals and institutions to develop talent and performance.
His vision for Leap Academy is to help young talent and working professionals access quality education and progress to the next level through skill development.

Dr. Nash Akthar holds an MD in Medicine, is a Business & Career Coach, and a former Official IELTS Administrator in Eastern Europe.
After transitioning into education, he spent over 10 years progressing from IELTS trainer to Director of an official IELTS testing centre.
Through this journey, one insight became clear:
